Apple Pie Pudding Shots
Alcoholic apple pie a la mode!
- 1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
- ¾ cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup apple vodka
- 1/4 cup Rumchata
- 1 tub of fat free whipped topping
- 8 reduced fat vanilla wafers, crushed
Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk and both liquors.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into small cups and top with wafers
Freeze overnight
