Eggless Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
I love baking different varieties of banana bread. Banana is one of the most apt ingredients for cakes and bread. Not only, banana is an excellent egg substitute but also an amazing ingredient for bread and cakes.

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Butter / Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Banana mashed
- 2 tablespoon Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade. Grease a loaf pan.
- Firstly mash the bananas. The mashed bananas should measure up to one cup.
- Put the mashed bananas in a bowl. Add butter/oil and sugar. NOTE - It would be better if you powder the sugar before using. The sugar will mix with the oil + mashed banana mixture easily.
- Mix them together till the sugar melts. Now add vanilla essence.
