EASY CARAMEL ICED COFFEE

I love iced coffee…especially on hot summer days.  What I don’t love, however, is how pricey they can be.

This delicious iced coffee recipe is super easy to make at home.  It uses easy ingredients that you may already have in your pantry and fridge and it comes together in a matter of minutes.


Easy Caramel Iced Coffee

Servings (change # to adjust recipe measurements): 2

– 3/4 cup double strength brewed coffee brew the coffee using double the amount of coffee grounds that you would normally use
– 3 tablespoons sugar
– 3/4 cup half and half
– 3 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
– 2 cups ice

  1. Combine coffee, sugar, half and half and caramel topping in a pitcher or large container.
  2. Stir until sugar and caramel are dissolved.
  3. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until cold.
  4. When ready to serve, put 1 cup of ice cubes in each glass and pour in coffee mixture.
