- 24 Oreo cookies
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter , melted
Cheesecake
- 1 cup whipping cream , about 35% MF
- 20 oz cream cheese , softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 10 oz semi sweet chocolate , melted
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups chopped mini eggs
Instructions
- Mix together the Oreo crumbs and melted butter.
- Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan and place in the freezer to set.
- In a large bowl beat the whipping with 1 tablespoon of the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese until soft.
