Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust

Okay so I’ve been a little obsessed with pizza lately. Might be one of my pregnancy cravings or maybe because I bought a huge pack of turkey pepperoni and the only use I have for pepperoni is PIZZA. So here’s the deal…this Whole Wheat Greek Yogurt pizza crust taste EXACTLY like a normal pizza. You will not tell a difference, and then you will wonder why you ever ate pizza any other way.

The crust gets perfectly crispy and fluffy all at the same time.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 tsp Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Lay out parchment paper on a baking tray or generously grease a pan with oil.
  3. In a large bowl mix together the whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt.
