Caramel Apple Pudding Cups: A Sweet Treat for Fall

Ingredients

  • 1 package Vanilla Pudding Instant - 3.4 oz
  • 2 cups Milk Cold
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Peanuts Chopped
  • 12.25 oz. Caramel Topping Jar
  • 1 Apple
  • 8-9 oz. Clear Plastic Cups
  • Cinnamon Sticks Optional for Garnish

Instructions


  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding and cold milk.
  2. Stir in the cinnamon and applesauce. Refrigerate the pudding for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the apple into small bite sized chunks, discarding the core.
  4. Set out your four ingredients to create the layers: pudding, apples, caramel topping and chopped nuts.
  5. Using 4 or 5 clear plastic cups, put 3-4 tablespoons of pudding in the bottom of each cup.
  6. Next, add 2 tablespoons of chopped apple, followed by 1-2 tablespoons of caramel topping.
  7. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped peanuts as the next layer.
  8. Repeat each of the layers one more time in the same order ending with the chopped nuts.
