These Everything Bagel Fat bombs are the ultimate ketogenic low-protein, high fat snack! Fat bombs are a convenient source of energy and are ideal for those who need to add healthy fats into their diet. Or if you are need to hit your fat-macros to keep your keto-ratio on point, or need a fat snack to fuel you up.


Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon  Grass -fed butter, such as KerryGold
  • Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Using a fork or a hand mixer, mix the butter and cream cheese until well incorporated.
  2. Roll into bite sized balls (approximately 12 balls).
  3. Lightly coat in Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.
  4. Place in the refrigerator and chill 2-3 hours in the before enjoying. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. These will keep for up to a week in the fridge or for several weeks in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge before eating.
