INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Eggs
  • 1/2 Pound Browned Ground Sausage
  • 1/2 Cup Sharp Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green or Red Bell Pepper 
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 
  2. Line your muffin tin with silicone liners or use cooking spray. (If you’re freezing for later the silicone liners will come in handy & make life a little easier:) I love these-available on Amazon!
