KETO SPONGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Ricotta 250g / 8.5 oz
  • 1/3 Cup Erythritol (SoNourished)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 7 Tbsp Butter Melted
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 160C (340F)
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the ricotta and erythritol together.
  3. Whilst mixing, add in eggs, 1 at a time.
  4. Add melted butter, almond flour, baking soda and salt
