Cadbury Mini Eggs Cheesecake

Ingredients
Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 3 tbsp butter melted

Ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use a food processor to make graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs, a tablespoon of sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl.
