Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Add more or less ice according to taste and how thick you like your smoothie.
