Spiced Apple Cider Protein Shake

Apple cider and cinnamon are evocative flavors of fall and you can enjoy them both in this no-guilt protein shake.



Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Add more or less ice according to taste and how thick you like your smoothie.
