Grinch Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies

Whether you are off to watch the new Grinch Movie, curling up on your couch with the old one, or reading the book, these Grinch Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies make the perfect extra sweet treat.

You and your family will certain get a kick out of these Grinch crinkle cookies this Holiday season. Personally, I love the fact that they are made with boxed cake mix, because it means they are easy!

Ingredients

• 1 box of White cake mix
• 1/3 C vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• Red and leaf green gel food coloring
• 1 container of white sanding sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven at 350º F.
2. Using a standing mixer, combine cake mix, vegetable oil, and 2 eggs until combined.
3. Divide the batter into two separate bowls.  You want to put about two-thirds of the dough into one bowl and the remaining one-third into another.
4. Mix red food coloring into the bowl with the smallest amount of dough.
5. Mix green food coloring into the bowl with the largest amount of dough.
