The Happy Camper
Ingredients
For the Graham Cracker Layer:
20 graham crackers about 1 1/2 packages
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons butter melted
For the Chocolate Fudge Layer:
1 12 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips
1 12 oz. package butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
For the Marshmallow Top:
2 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
For the cracker Layer:
- heat up the kitchen appliance to 350°F. Line associate 8×8-inch baking pan with foil.
- Place the graham batty, sugar, and salt within the bowl of a kitchen appliance and pulse till finely ground. Add the melted butter and pulse till the mixture is moistened. Press the mixture into rock bottom of the ready baking pan. Bake for ten minutes. take away to a cooling rack and let cool fully.
