Holiday Season is around the corner. I’ve been thinking about making some fun and easy holiday desserts and cookies, preferably sugar free. I just made these Low-Carb Sugar Cookies with a few simple ingredients and they taste delicious.
INGREDIENTS
6 tbsp butter — softened
3 tbsp cream cheese — softened
1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract — optional
2 egg yolks
1/8 tsp salt
2 1/3 cups almond flour

INGREDIENTS
6 tbsp butter — softened
3 tbsp cream cheese — softened
1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract — optional
2 egg yolks
1/8 tsp salt
2 1/3 cups almond flour
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- If you are baking some cookies and not freezing the whole dough, preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese for 1 minute. Add sweetener and beat until combined
- Add egg yolks, vanilla and almond extract and beat to incorporate.
- Combine salt and the almond flour and add to the mixture. Beat until just combined.
