EASY COCONUT FLOUR PANCAKES RECIPE WITH CREAM CHEESE – LOW CARB


These fluffy coconut flour pancakes with cream cheese are delicious and easy. Just 6 ingredients needed to make low carb pancakes with coconut flour!


ingredients!
2 large Egg

2 oz Plain cream cheese (softened at room temperature)

3 tbsp Coconut flour

2 tbsp Heavy cream (or any milk of choice)

1 tbsp Erythritol (or any sweetener)

1/2 tsp Gluten-free baking powder

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Wait a couple of minutes for the bubbles to settle and batter to thicken a little.
